How do I make an order?
  1. Click 'checkout' in the cart to start the process of payment selection.
  2. You can now leave special instructions or change the quantity you need, or add any discount codes or gift cards in the cart, before proceeding.
  3. Next click 'CHECKOUT' to be taken to the payment page.
  4. Enter your personal details and delivery address and choose a shipping option.
  5. Finally Choose a Payment Option then push "Complete Order." You will be notified via email with an attached pdf receipt
How do I pay for my order? Is it safe to use my credit card?

When you checkout you are directed to Shopify secure payment gateway where you can enter your credit card or payment details safely.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, unless otherwise stated.

New Zealand

  • New Zealand Nation Wide - $12.99
  • Free NZ Shipping On All Orders $250+

International Delivery

  • Australian Flat Rate - $39.99

Unfortunately we only ship internationally to Australia at this time. Please contact us at info@remlite.nz if you have any questions, or would like a quote.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please see our Shipping Policy for charges/location details.

What payment options do you offer?

Remlite accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

  • All major credit cards, as shown at checkout including Visa, Mastercard and American Express
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Union Pay & Shop Pay
  • Paypal (and Afterpay coming soon)

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement or PayPal account.

How can I track my order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.

How to return my items?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@remlite.nz. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our Wellington address. Unfortunately we do not offer free returns. We do offer a size exchange free of charge for first time changes.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@remlite.nz

Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us. Please do not send any returns back before first contacting us first. Read our returns policy.

Do you have a physical store?

No. Remlite is proudly online-only.
